The 2018-19 All-EuroLeague Second Team honors one of the great players in recent years as well as four players for the first time. Among the quintet, which was voted in by fans and accredited media members, are this season's Alphonso Ford Top Scorer Trophy winner, Mike James of AX Armani Exchange Olimpia Milan and the EuroLeague Best Defender, Walter Tavares of Real Madrid. They are joined by CSKA Moscow's Nando De Colo, who with his fifth All-EuroLeague selection ties for the fourth most in competition history; Vasilije Micic of Anadolu Efes Istanbul and Vincent Poirier of KIROLBET Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz.
